Learn how to save a life during National CPR Week
Diana Clarke
Learn how to save a life during National CPR Week, June 1-7. You can get trained and certified at your local Red Cross or American Heart Association. Or you can learn online at CPR Today. You can also order from the American Heart Association a Family and Friends CPR Anytime kit that comes with a mannequin to practice on. But to learn right now, the American Heart Association provides a free video on its Facebook page to train anyone who watches. The video, "Hands Only CPR," lasts only 60 seconds.
